The Minneapolis-St. Paul Frontrunners is a running and walking club for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people and friends. We have weekly runs and walks and periodic social events.

Join us for a run
If you're thinking about joining us for a run or walk, let us know you're coming so we can keep an eye out for you. We welcome out of town visitors and area residents who would like to try running or walking with us!
Fall and Winter Running Times
With the shorter daylight of autumn, the outdoor Lake Calhoun runs will continue on Tuesdays and Thursdays through the end of October. Starting Tuesday, October 18, the runs will begin at 6:00 rather than at 6:30. Saturday runs will begin again in the spring. Sunday runs/walks will continue unchanged.
In the winter, runs will continue at the Metrodome, usually in late November. We will provide you with updates as they become available.

The Big Gay Race
Come out and support the Big Gay Race on Saturday, October 15. Your registration will help support Minnesotans United for All Families to help defeat the ballot measure to ban same-sex marriage! Walkers and runners alike are welcome to this 5K event.
