Run/Walk Details
Frontrunners Mpls-St.Paul currently has two weekly runs/walks, Sunday and Saturday. Note the different times. All routes are approximately 3.0 to 3.5 miles, with shorter distances for walkers. Each run/walk will have a social time afterward at a local restaurant or coffee shop. See below for details. Important: Be sure to also follow Frontrunners' Facebook Group for weekly run/walk notifications (usually sent on Fridays) for details on any cancelations or changes as sometimes alternative routes may be taken. Notably, the last weekend of the month we always switch things up, so the locations below are not correct on the last weekend of the month. You must join the Facebook group to find us on those weekends. Any fitness level is welcome at any run/walk. We look forward to seeing you at one of these times.
Sunday 10:00 AM-12:00 PM — Bde Maka Ska, Minneapolis
The group meets in the parking lot at Lakeside Center (3033 Excelsior Blvd, Minneapolis, formerly known as the Calhoun Executive Center), which is on the northwest corner of Bde Maka Ska, off West Lake St and Excelsior Blvd. The route is around the lake. Like with Frontrunners' other times, there is a social time afterward at a local restaurant or coffee shop, typically Rustica Bakery.
