Run/Walk Details
Frontrunners Mpls-St.Paul currently has three weekly runs/walks, Sunday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Note the different times. All three routes are approximately 3.0 to 3.5 miles, with shorter distances for walkers. Each run/walk will have a social time afterward at a local restaurant or coffee shop. See below for details. Important: Be sure to also follow Frontrunners' Facebook Group for weekly run/walk notifications for details on any cancelations or changes as sometimes alternative routes may be taken once in a while. Any fitness level is welcome. We look forward to seeing you at one of these times.
Sunday 10:00 AM-12:00 PM — Bde Maka Ska, Minneapolis
The group meets in the parking lot at Calhoun Executive Center, which is on the northwest corner of Bde Maka Ska, off West Lake St and Excelsior Blvd. The route is around the lake. Like with Frontrunners' other times, there is a social time afterward at a local restaurant or coffee shop.

Wednesday 6:00-8:00 PM — Minnehaha Park area, St.Paul-Minneapolis
The meeting place is at the Locks & dam #1 parking lot located at 5000 W River Pkwy, Minneapolis, see photo below Google map. The route goes over the Ford Bridge and along E River Road and then back, see photo below Google map. Afterward, social time at Sea Salt in Minnehaha Park. Orders can be placed online for Sea Salt.

Saturday 8:00-10:00 AM (spring, summer), 9:00-11:00 (fall, winter) — Mississippi River area, east of downtown Minneapolis
The group meets at the eastern end of the Stone Arch Bridge, see photo and map below. The route heads north along the river to 8th Ave, over the bridge to W River Pkwy, and then back down and across the Stone Arch Bridge. Note, this day/time usually has the most people attending. Social time after is usually at a local coffee shop.
